On average, how many hours do you work a day?

The number of hours you work depends on your position and if you are full-time or part-time. Our average restaurant hours are Sunday through Thursday 11am-10pm, Friday 11am-11pm and Saturday 10am-11pm.

What is the work environment and culture like at Peter Piper Pizza?

The work environment is professional but fun. We work hard and as a team, where Managers are hands on and work side by side with the crew.

What is the interview process like?

For our Restaurant Operations Managers, there is an average of 2 interviews: one with the Talent Acquisition Manager (phone), and the second with the District Manager and General Manager, usually at the same time. A hiring decision is usually communicated within 24-72 hours.

For our Restaurant crew level positions, you can complete a quick profile online or go to a restaurant to complete an application. Many times you can interview and get a job offer on the same day!

How old do you need to be to work at Peter Piper Pizza?

The minimum age varies by position type:

  • Team Members – 15 years of age
  • Gameroom Technical Manager, Technical Managers – 18 years of age
  • Restaurant Operations Managers, General Managers –21 years of age (age required by state or local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol)
