Peter Piper Pizza has an immediate opening for a Brand Coordinator in our Marketing Department. This position will report to our Chief Marketing Officer for Peter Piper Pizza and will be based at our Support Center in Irving, TX. The Brand Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day recording and administration of the marketing department’s activities. This role is the direct point of contact for franchisees and responsible for management of franchise communication and management of franchise projects. Additionally, the Brand Coordinator will proactively assist the Marketing Department Executives by handling specific projects to accomplish department goals.

Essential Position Functions

· Performs all duties and responsibilities in support of field services and operations. Supports the Corporate Objectives, including: “If you are not serving the guest, serve someone who is.”

· Administers and coordinates the execution of marketing programs, promotions and events.

· Key administrative functions like calendar management, meeting planning, expense reporting.

· Coordinates internal resources for project execution including LRM, marketing communication, marketing brand, Legal, IT and agencies.

· Coordinates all aspects of project execution, including IT requirements and communication

· Performs budget and accounting duties for marketing team. Reviews invoices for accuracy and processes. Researches outstanding invoices and review budgets monthly to verify accruals are recorded correctly

· Maintains a listing of local marketing offers and provides any updates

· Creates and maintains Project Briefs in Project Management/Toolkit for events and promotions

· Manages distribution of prizes and awards for incentives and promotions

· Partner with internal and external content managers, editors, designers, developers, and other content providers to ensure sites meet brand needs, align with the brand strategy platform, and meet brand and web standards.

· Develop consistent reporting methodology, setting standards of monitoring and tracking for all digital channels. Optimize and enhance performance on an ongoing basis in partnership with marketing and agency team.

· Provide strategic counsel and guidance on new digital technologies, curating emerging tech, partners and tools to bring innovation to digital activities.

Essential Position Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field required

· 2+ years of marketing or agency experience

· Design Suite proficiency – Adobe Suite preferred

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams

· Demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

· Professional demeanor and ability to communicate effectively at all levels

· Strong personal initiative and ability to work independently

· Bilingual A +

Physical Demands

To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 – 25 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with some overtime. Incumbent must also be available to travel to various locations by airplane or by operating a vehicle if needed.
